I surprised my partner for her birthday by inviting friends to stay for the weekend. Despite it being Super Bowl weekend, this place was available. The location was perfect for housing 10 people, and Uber rides were affordable—$10-$15 to Fremont Street and $20-$25 to the Strip (split between 4-5 people). The neighborhood was quiet, and while grocery stores are limited, services like Instacart make it easy. There's a corner store nearby for beer and wine. Some reviews mentioned the neighborhood, but I had a great experience and found the neighbors friendly. It’s clear that Sukreet has invested a lot of work into this property, and it shows. I never felt unsafe, and neither did the group. Sukreet was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning and our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a short but sweet stay in this house. The place is nice, spacious and safe. We will definitely recommend this place especially if you have a big group. Sukreet is a great host. Easy to talk to and responds right away.
